3. No KYC (Know Your Customer)

Orag Pay operates without KYC requirements, meaning we do not collect personal information such as identification documents, addresses, or other verification details typically required by financial institutions. However, users are responsible for ensuring that their usage complies with local laws and regulations regarding online transactions and payment services.

4. User Responsibilities

6. Fees and Payments

All purchases of virtual cards are final, and refunds are not available unless otherwise specified. Any fees associated with virtual card issuance or transactions will be clearly communicated during the purchase process. By completing a purchase, you agree to the fees associated with the service.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All virtual card sales are final once issued. Orag Pay does not offer refunds or cancellations except in cases of technical errors or failures on our part. If a technical issue occurs, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the purchase to request assistance.

8. Card Expiry and Balance

Each virtual Visa or Mastercard may have an expiry date, which will be communicated upon issuance. Users are responsible for managing their card balance and ensuring it is used before the card expiration date. Any unused balance after the card expires may not be recoverable.

Orag Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
